Are you interested in how people learn and become the best they can be?
As a Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor you will support the L&D team to deliver an inspiring L&D service for our employees.
What could a typical week look like? Well we think it may look something like this:
Meeting with managers or key colleagues across the business to understand development needs. Identify and create initiative solutions to address those needs.
Facilitate and promote learning sessions.
Delivering an induction to new hires.
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning activities.
Identify improvement opportunities within the function and wider business.

To be successful in this role we’re looking for you to have the following skills, experience and knowledge:
Previous experience of working in an L&D environment
Previous experience in designing learning & development solutions
Previous experience of delivering workshops/development programmes
Previous experience of coaching at all levels of a business
Awareness of the use of psychometrics in development conversations
