Hours: 74 hours over a two week period (to support a 24/7 service)
Accountable to Care team manager
Responsible for No direct line management at present
Location: Community based in Kings Lynn, Fakenham or Hunstanton

With your knowledge and experience you will be ensuring people have safe, caring, responsive, effective care and support to meet their personal needs.
About the role
It is an exciting time to consider being part of our team. We have a new brand, we are seeking to appoint three Rapid Responders in Kings Lynn, Fakenham and Hunstanton.
As part of the care team, your key focus areas will be providing a flexible service to patients and their families. You will support a practical and emotional response to individuals consisting of contact and private care work. The successful candidate will have experience in providing personal and social care preferably between 2-5 years’ experience within a domiciliary setting.
The successful candidate will be proactive, solution focussed and be adaptable to a range of situations. The Rapid responder will complete care plan assessments and so previous experience would be advantageous.
