We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Assistant Psychologist to join the Compass Schools team, based at the Compass School at Pott Row near Kings Lynn on a one year fixed term contract.
Compass Schools provide a therapeutic education offer to children and young people aged 6-14, who have severe and challenging behaviour, emerging or actual mental health needs, including attachment issues and/or developmental trauma. The Compass Schools are commissioned by Norfolk County Council Children’s Services and delivered in partnership by the Unity Trust and Norfolk and Suffolk Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
We have three school sites across Norfolk (Pott Row, Lingwood and Belton) and have a diverse multi-disciplinary team including, Clinical Psychologists, a Family Therapist, Art Psychotherapists, a Mental Health Nurse, Assistant Psychologists and many varied education staff. Please note that there is not a full-time clinical psychologist at Pott Row currently but your supervision would be provided by a Clinical Psychologist.
