We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Rapid Assessment and Frailty Team based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in West Norfolk. Candidates should have excellent communication and administration skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as being able to use their own initiative and work to deadlines.
The role will include general administrative duties such as answering telephone calls, scanning, filing, photocopying and the use of spread sheets, the use of NHS computer systems and additional projects as required by the Rapid Assessment Team.
This is a part-time substantive post, you will be required to work 15 hours per week which will consist of 2×7.5 hours shifts (8.30am-4.30pm) on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Onsite support will be provided by the Rapid Assessment and Frailty Team, as well as regular supervision and support from the Locality Admin Team Lead.
